Our progressive projects in The Mart harmoniously draw on the building’s history, including first- and second-floor amenity spaces that feature a fitness center, conference center and spec suites, and northeast building lobby enhancements and exterior improvements.

Among the many projects completed by Skender in this initiative is 45,000 SF of interior spec suites on the 5th floor. The project
features open-concept offices, collaborative spaces, a new lounge, a coffee bar and a break room and incorporates architectural feature walls, drapery and specialty finishes.
