The base building renovations include a new fitness center with locker rooms, public corridors, an atrium and elevator lobbies on the lower level. The renovations of the ground-floor lobby, reception and entry corridors include a new reception desk, high-end finishes and a new built-in coffee bar. These robust amenities round out the building’s emphasis on tenant health and well-being.
