Working closely with the building owner, KORE Investments, Skender modernized this suburban trophy office building with multiple interior landlord improvements totaling 22,500 square feet of space. The base building renovations include a new fitness center with locker rooms, public corridors, an atrium and elevator lobbies on the lower level. The renovations of the ground-floor lobby, reception and entry corridors include a new reception desk, high-end finishes and a new built-in coffee bar. These robust amenities round out the building’s emphasis on tenant health and well-being.
