Headquarters relocation from Omaha, NE to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Completed space includes 20,000 SF test kitchen with full A/V integration to allow live telepresent meetings and cooking demonstrations, open office space, cafeteria and locker rooms. Project is Gold Leed Certified.
Aspen Dental
Interior build-out for a technology-based dental practice management company in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Project featured open office design, break room, pantry, and conference and demo spaces. The project also focused on high-end finishes for a sleek, modern look.
