Milwaukee Tool moved to its first downtown office location to attract and retain top tech talent for its innovative tool manufacturing solutions. Spanning 70,000 SF in the historic Old Post Office, the space provides 60,000 SF of office space and 10,000 SF of state-of-the-art lab space for engineers to safely and productively develop products with a sound-controlled testing room for use-cycle testing and thermochambers for longevity and lifecycle testing. The office space includes a large collaboration space called the Beehive, a training room and multiple medium-sized conference rooms.

Skadden

Skadden, one of the largest law firms in the U.S., relocated its Chicago office from 155 North Wacker to the newly-built BMO Tower at 320 S Canal. The 88,000 SF, three-floor space includes universal-sized perimeter and interior offices, administrative space, a client-facing conference center, a training room, a café, a warming kitchen with state-of-the-art food service equipment, custom millwork built-ins, and a 1,500 SF outdoor terrace.
