PepsiCo relocated its headquarters from its 17-floor downtown office building to the revitalized Old Post Office, spanning 192,000 SF across a single floor. The new space for the leading consumer food and beverage company features an open office design with ample conference space, pantries, a cafeteria and social hubs. Highly customized branding and audiovisual features are scattered throughout the vast floorplan, reflecting the brand’s vibrant character, history and culture.

Bank of America Chicago HQ
Bank of America‘s corporate office is located in the state-of-the-art, Class-A Bank of America Tower in the heart of downtown Chicago. Spanning 536,000 SF across 17 floors, the project
includes high-end reception and conferencing with custom twostory feature walls and a connecting stair, a trading floor with supplemental cooling and emergency generator backup, and
executive and typical offices and open office workstations. The buildout took place concurrent with high construction and in the height of the pandemic. Skender efficiently navigated these complexities and finished the project under budget and on schedule.
Salesforce
This massive 14-floor buildout for Salesforce included employee floors, training floors, terraces, full-service kitchen, barista bar, interconnecting backlit staircase, state-of-the-art conference rooms, custom wood office fronts, digital media walls, biophilic living columns, custom mosaic tile art and more. The space addresses Salesforce’s robust set of global design standards and distinct organizational culture. Skender delivered thoughtfully planned areas emphasizing flexibility, choice and connection. The incorporation of advanced audio-visual technology facilitates both large gatherings and remote work lifestyles. Salesforce Chicago is slated to receive LEED v4 Platinum Interiors certification and received high scores in categories like energy and atmosphere materials and resources, indoor environmental quality and innovation. 4-floor interior buildout in a new highrise at 150 North Riverside. Space includes a cafe on each floor, three separate internal stairs, private offices, open office area, conference rooms, executive suite and demountable partitions.
