For the second consecutive year, Skender was named the Interior Contractor of the Year at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards. Now in their 35th year, the awards are considered top honors in the Chicago commercial real estate industry and the dinner event is the largest annual fundraiser for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
2022 was another year of high-profile, dynamic projects and accomplishments for Skender. Among the projects contributing to the year’s great success are Hazel Technologies’ 54,000-square-foot lab and office, the largest private chemical laboratory in the city of Chicago; and 225 W Wacker’s extensive lobby and amenity space upgrades.
This was Skender’s fifth time winning Interior Contractor of the Year since 2015 and is among a handful of recent industry accolades:
