The team at Prezi selected Skender to assist with a full interior renovation of their new, 20,000 SF space at 450 Bryant in San Francisco. Skender will be working hand in hand with the San Francisco Gensler team to build an exciting new space for Prezi showcasing an enormous, two-story show-and-tell amphitheater space, a full kitchen with catering area, conference rooms, an executive boardroom and office space to accommodate their 120+ employees.

Capital One
Skender worked in lockstep with GFF Interiors and the team at Capital One to create a flexible workspace for Capital One’s digital labs team. The new “war room” space boasts a full height sliding partition wall and track hung draperies, creating a completely customizable space. In addition to the fully updated “war room” space, Skender also assisted with the installation of a unique Sacramento river path sculpture in the main stairwell, improvements to the pantry space on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors and renovations to an existing game room space.

Skender partnered with the team at Harley Ellis Devereaux’s San Francisco office to improve portions of its existing 7,200 square foot, 4th floor office space. The project included interior renovations to open and enclosed office areas, reception area and team room.

New 100,000-square-foot luxury automotive dealership. The pre-cast and structural steel building included 58 service bay areas and required site work on eight acres of land.

Renovation of two luxury automotive dealerships. This 50,000-square-foot project was extensively renovated in 13 weeks.
