The development includes a new six-story, 63,000 SF apartment building at 4703 S Justine Street with 45 units, a ground-floor business entrepreneur hub, youth programming space, EV charging stations, and a sixth-floor outdoor terrace and multipurpose amenity room. The project also includes two three-flat modular apartment buildings at 1639 and 1641 W 47th Street designed with an all-electric modular structure. The main building features cast-in-place concrete construction with masonry, cement panels, metal panel cladding and unique stacked planters built into the façade.
