A 40,000-SF conversion of two production areas into a manufacturing and storage warehouse, including new chillers, fluid coolers, a transformer and a new structure to support machinery.

The project included a roof extension, slab demolition, new footings and connections for machinery, mechanical room reconfiguration with added pumps, expansion tanks and increased line sizing for chilled and tepid water.
