Richton Park Community Center

The Richton Park Community Center is a 14,000 SF, ground-up, ADA -compliant facility providing staff offices, multi-purpose meeting rooms, mechanical rooms, a lounge, a kitchen, equipment storage space and a multi-purpose gymnasium. Skender worked closely with the Village of Richton Park and architect to ensure that the needs and desires of the community were integrated into the design. This project was constructed utilizing sustainable materials.
