Located on two floors at One Prudential Plaza, the new space includes trading stations, high-end millwork and finishes, a stadium staircase, two-story video wall and a cafeteria.

The complex project required extensive logistical and MEPFP coordination for the floor-level generator, audiovisual integration and rooftop mechanical equipment, totaling 21 AC/CRAC units, one AHU, one MUA, and three exhaust fans.
