NM Prentice Multi-Care Rooms

A 12,000-square-foot renovation for new patient wing rooms at Prentice Hospital.

The project included the repurposing of existing shell and admin spaces for new adaptive patient rooms and support areas.

The swing rooms include labor and delivery rooms and allow for easy reconfiguration to tailor to multiple services. Skender completed significant mechanical and infrastructure modifications and implemented new systems and finishes for optimum patient care — all completed with zero interruptions to existing operations.
