NM Delnor PET CT Suite

To enhance patient care and improve staff workflow, Skender successfully relocated the PET CT suite at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital.

The project involved transforming a previously shelled storage area into a fully functional imaging suite, featuring a control room, four private intake and dressing rooms, a hot lab and a dedicated toilet room.

Completed within an active hospital environment, the buildout required careful coordination and included the installation of new partition walls, doors, ceilings, high-performance finishes, radiation shielding, and upgrades to fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
