The independent living facility is owned by Over the Rainbow Association (OTR), an Illinois non-profit association dedicated to providing affordable, barrier-free housing solutions for people with physical disabilities.
The project exemplifies self-sufficient ADA compliance with unique features such as luxury vinyl plank flooring, large roll-in bathrooms with integrated showers, accessibly designed custom kitchens, expansive elevator lobbies, and a geometrical-shaped exterior with large roof overhang.
