Skender delivered an expedited project to ensure it was readily available for Evozyne upon transitioning out of its old space.

The project also adapted space for a custom-built DNA synthesizer machine, added new HVAC dampers for the exhaust system, and converted pneumatic controls to DDC. The office space includes open-office workstations, private offices, phone rooms, a reception and lounge area, and a kitchenette. Acoustical cloud ceilings resembling molecules serve as an architectural highlight throughout the office.
