The project includes clinical healthcare services, staff offices and a pharmacy. Skender gutted the entire interior down to the exterior walls to accommodate the new vision and purpose of the space. Working closely with the client and architect, key elements of the building’s historical bank features were preserved, such as the vaults, which were strategically celebrated as architectural elements in the new buildout.
