The space features 10 separate laboratory rooms supporting microscopy, microbiology, chemistry and tissue culture rooms, four fume hoods, 14 biosafety cabinets and 10 snorkel hoods.

Additionally, an oxygen vacuum and CO2 were routed throughout the labs. The office portion of the buildout promotes varying work styles, featuring a common café, five conference rooms, and private, shared and open office spaces. An architectural highlight is a radiused baffle ceiling and light fixtures that expand from reception to the office space.
