The fourth-floor buildout comprises Skyfold partitions, demountable fronts, Patina steel plant holders and high-end audiovisuals, all extending to the extensively landscaped rooftop deck. The lobby creates a vibrant gathering place for tenants and visitors with custom Italian marble and statuary bronze features throughout, a coffee bar, expansive ceilings and new curtainwalls.
