Medical Property of the Year: Lurie Children’s Schaumburg Outpatient and Infusion Center

Lurie Children’s Schaumburg Outpatient and Infusion Center — a state-of-the-art pediatric care facility that Skender completed in 2025 — won Medical Property of the Year. General Contractor of the Year: Tenant Improvement
