Skender, serving as general contractor, has completed common area upgrades and four office buildouts at the five-building, 1.1 million-square-foot Keystone Crossing office park in Indianapolis, Ind.

The four tenant buildouts, totaling 57,000 square feet, and common area enhancements were completed on behalf of landlords Interamar and Typerion Holdings, who acquired the campus in late 2024 and are implementing a significant repositioning of the workplace community. All projects were completed between the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026 and are detailed below:

8888 Building

Skender completed a 15,000-square-foot gut remodel of the existing 16th floor of 8888 Keystone Crossing, and turned the space into a modern, high-performing workplace for WestPoint Financial Group, a MassMutual firm. The project brought new life to the floor, creating a refreshed environment designed for productivity, collaboration, and long-term success for the financial services firm.

9000 Building

Skender completed a 7,000-square-foot buildout for the Indiana Apartment Association in the 9000 Keystone Crossing building. The modern workspace transformation was designed to support collaboration, training, and day-to-day operations and includes a new training room, break room, and several private offices.

Also at the 9000 building, the Skender team converted two former ground-floor suites into a vibrant new amenity center designed to elevate the tenant experience. The amenity center includes:

  • A modern café designed to foster connection and informal collaboration
  • A fully equipped fitness center supporting tenant wellness
  • State-of-the-art golf simulators offering recreation and engagement
  • Upgraded restrooms to enhance functionality and finish quality

9100 Building

Skender completed the 21,000-square-foot national headquarters for Delta Tau Delta at 9100 Keystone Crossing. The project included full demolition of the existing space and renovation, including private offices, a break room and dedicated display areas showcasing the fraternity’s rich history and memorabilia.

Skender completed the 14,000-square-foot office buildout for accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen at 9100 Keystone Crossing. Starting as an empty shell, the new modern workspace now features a vibrant café, dynamic training room, and custom millwork that highlights unique Central Indiana collectibles, adding a local touch to a professional environment.

Also in the 9100 building, Skender modernized the aesthetic and updated the corridor finishes with a complete gut remodel of the second- and fourth-floor restrooms.

“We are striving to create a differentiated office environment at every touchpoint to position the campus favorably in the ongoing flight to quality office product,” said Interamar CEO Joe Kessel in a previous statement to Indiana Business Journal. “That includes a first-class amenity package, fully renovated common spaces, hospitality-oriented services and proactive ownership.”

“This transformation reflects Skender’s expertise in helping real estate owners and tenants turn thoughtful design into high-performance workplaces,” said Brian Simons, President of Skender’s Indiana office. “We’re thrilled to have played a part in making these world-class office environments.”
