NM Hyatt Clinics Expansion

A 50,000 SF, two-floor adaptive reuse healthcare renovation at the Hyatt Centric Hotel for Northwestern Medicine.

The project transformed two hotel floors into clinical space, expanding Northwestern Medicine’s services beyond its main campus.

The full interior renovation converted the 6th floor into the Executive Health Clinic and the 5th floor into space for International Health and the Sleep Lab & Clinic. The project scope included demolition of the existing hotel floors, a new chiller on the 4th-floor roof, 7th-floor reconfiguration for the elevator overrun, structural upgrades, elevator replacement and shaft expansion. The hotel remained open throughout construction, requiring extensive planning and coordination to minimize disruption to guests.
