The repositioning enhances the tenant and visitor experience with a modernized lobby and elevated amenity spaces overlooking the Chicago River.

The upgraded lobby features an interconnecting stair, custom Italian marble, a new curtainwall system, wood and metal wall and ceiling panels, and a refreshed elevator lobby. The new amenity space on floors 35 and 36 includes a conference center, lounge, roof deck and shuttle elevator.
