Skender Named a Best Place to Work Again by Crain’s Chicago Business

Skender has again been named one of Chicago’s Best Places to Work by Crain’s Chicago Business. This marks the company’s 10th time earning the distinction from Crain’s, and its 33rd Best Place to Work award overall since 2008.

Of the 100 companies recognized on this year’s list, Skender ranked No. 42 overall and No. 3 among companies with 250+ Chicago-area employees. The annual program, produced by Crain’s in partnership with Best Companies Group, identifies and honors the top employers in the Chicago area based on a comprehensive two-part evaluation: workplace policies, benefits and practices (25% of the score) and a confidential employee survey measuring engagement, culture and satisfaction (75% of the score).

Since 2008, Skender has earned 33 Best Place to Work honors from multiple independent organizations, including Crain’s Chicago Business, the National Association for Business Resources, the Daily Herald Business Ledger, and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
