Willow Springs Village Hall
Although Willow Springs, Illinois was founded in 1892, the Village lacked a centralized downtown area. Skender was proud to build a new transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development that connected the community.
The development’s 7,650 square foot village hall includes rooms for council chambers, a community room and other administrative offices.
Skender also constructed the Willow Springs Streetscape, and East Market Condominiums.
