Willow Springs
Although Willow Springs, Illinois was founded in 1892, the Village lacked a centralized downtown area. Skender was proud to build a new transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development that connected the community.
The development houses 700 residents and includes 50,000 square feet of retail space, a village hall, a commuter rail station and restaurant facility and a large gathering space.
Skender constructed the Willow Springs Streetscape, Village Hall and the East Market Condominiums.
