US Cellular 

With five weeks left in the regular season the Chicago White Sox envisioned 17 new luxury suites for the 2008 playoffs. As a unified team Skender created a challenging schedule combined with an aggressive budget and were selected for the job.

The U.S Cellular complete interior build-out features 17 luxury suites totaling 7,300 square feet including two new restroom facilities. The project containing complete design/build of all mechanical and electrical trades was scheduled around existing logistics of ongoing home games. Hard work and precise communication guided the team to successful completion for the Chicago White Sox postseason.
