T.Y. Lin International

T.Y. Lin International is a globally recognized civil and structural engineering firm. The firm’s new 25,000 square foot regional headquarters features trendy design, a high-tech server room and a large multi-purpose room.  T.Y. Lin's space was the first in the building to utilize newly upgraded HVAC and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems.

An aggressive eight-week schedule combined with a tight budget called for creative value engineering solutions. Skender worked with the entire project team to produce a space that was conducive to the client’s needs and budget.
