St. James Senior Estates I & II

St. James Senior Estates brought 40 units of much-needed affordable senior housing to the community of Crete, Illinois and was the first affordable housing development sponsored by The Franciscan Sisters of Chicago. The three-story, 42,000 square foot facility features a community room, a clubroom with full-service kitchen, library, fitness center and salon.

Skender worked with the architect in order to ensure that both the design and construction of this project was complete on a 13-month schedule.
