The Fountain View

The Fountain View is a 44,600 square foot sustainable mixed-use development located in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood.

Comprised of masonry-bearing exteriors, first floor Class A retail, 18 luxury condominium units and underground-level parking, The Fountain View captures the essence and charm of its surroundings.

Construction will be complete in late 2008 and will receive LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
