Skender Interiors Group Completes One Of Largest Interior Tenant Improvement Projects Of 2007


Skender Interiors Group LLC, a division of Skender Construction, recently completed the 207,000 square foot interior buildout of NAVTEQ World Headquarters located at 425 West Randolph in Chicago’s West Loop.


NAVTEQ features bold office space that reflects its culture and captures the essence of its dynamic technology environment. The space also features a fitness center and houses traffic.com, a state-of-the-art traffic reporting system. Recyclable and eco-friendly materials are utilized throughout, as NAVTEQ is pursuing LEED certification.


The space was completed in 22 weeks, and members of the NAVTEQ team were welcomed into their new space in Fall 2007.
