Skender Construction Featured as Finalist for Interior Contractor of the Year

Chicago Food Depository’s Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards will Honor Top Real Estate Dealmakers in Industry

The Chicago Food Depository announced today that Skender Interiors Group LLC, a division of Skender Construction, is a finalist for the 20^th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards. Skender Interiors Group LLC is a finalist in the category of Interior Contractor of the Year.

Skender Construction’s formation of Skender Interiors Group LLC in 2005 was met with immediate success. In two years, the division has gained notable clients including NAVTEQ, UBS Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP, Hewitt Associates and NORC and has been recognized as one of the largest commercial interiors contractors in the Midwest.

The Chicago Food Depository’s Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner is often referred to as “the Oscars” of the Chicago commercial real estate industry. The dinner draws more than 2,000 of the Chicago metropolitan area’s top brokers, developers, property managers, interior contractors and design professionals.

The benefit raises funds to help the Food Depository feed hungry men, women and children throughout Cook County.
