Skender Construction Named "Contractor of the Year"

Skender Construction was honored as “Contractor of the Year” by The Coalition for United Community Action-ORTC, Inc. The award is given annually to the contractor who consistently displays superior business and leadership qualities, and has focused their attention to the minority construction community.  

The Coalition Committee chose Skender for the award because of the unique contributions they have made to the construction industry.  Skender’s commitment to Minority & Women economic opportunity and employee diversity separated them from their competitors.

An award was presented to Skender at the Coalition for United Community Action-ORTC, Inc., 36^th Annual Unity Testimonial Awards Banquet in early June.
