Skender Construction’s Mixed-Use Residential Group recently completed one of the largest assisted and independent living facilities in the state.

Sunrise of Lombard is a 168,000 square foot facility consisting of 142 residential units. The development includes two separate buildings connected by a commercial kitchen and below-grade parking. Located a few miles west of Oakbrook Mall, the cast in place concrete structure includes high end finishes such as granite, wood paneling, marble tile & custom cabinets.

Skender Construction was proud to be acknowledged by McGraw Hill Construction.  The network recently named Sunrise of Lombard one of Chicago’s Largest Healthcare Projects of 2008.
