Naper Place on Main

Skender brought its experience in building more than 1,400 senior residential units to its first assignment for national senior housing developer HPD Cambridge. The first development of its kind in downtown Naperville, Naper Place on Main features 40 one-and two-bedroom residences for active seniors, complemented by first-floor retail and a public restaurant. Designed to harmonize with Naperville’s historic streetscape, the four-story mixed-use complex features a stucco and masonry exterior. A combination of structural steel with wood joist and sub flooring ensures high-quality, sound resistant construction.
