Mandarin Oriental Tower Sales Center
The Mandarin Oriental Tower Chicago will offer superb amenities and magnificent views of downtown and the waterfront. The 74-story structure will feature 100 private residences and 150 condominiums when construction is complete in 2009.
In only ten weeks, Skender demolished an existing site and constructed a sales center that depicts five-star luxury and a unique living experience. The 4,000 square foot space features French limestone, rice paper wall coverings and wool carpet.
