Farmingdale Apartments Clubhouse
Skender constructed this one-story, 2,683 square foot clubhouse for the Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO), the nation’s largest owner and operator of apartment communities. The clubhouse contains common areas, a lobby, offices, a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool.
