PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements: Four-year engineering degree or equivalent and five or more years of experience in construction management or engineering. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on projects. Superior written and oral communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence) skills. Thorough understanding of scheduling principles and techniques. humanresources@skender.com
PROJECT ENGINEER
Requirements: Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience. Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawing and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline. Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others. humanresources@skender.com
SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements: Five or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity in the construction or engineering field. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, scheduling, safety and quality. PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
Requirements: Two-year technical (or business) degree, plus contract administration exposure or equivalent combinations of training and related experience. General knowledge of the various company disciplines and procedures. General knowledge of purchasing, finance, engineering and control principles. COST ANALYST
Requirements: Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. Working knowledge and practical use of progressive estimating techniques and their computer applications. Understanding of jobsite issues related to crews, jurisdictions, assemblies, building systems and productivity. Must be able to effectively utilize Timberline Precision or equivalent computerized estimating program towards accurate estimates at both the conceptual/preconstruction phase and construction document phase. humanresources@skender.com
