Eastgate Village

Imagine a village in the heart of Chicago, where the beauty of the parks and the lake are right at your front door.

Eastgate Village is a campus-like development, with its tree-lined streets and brick exteriors. The development brings a mix of townhomes, duplexes and condominiums to Chicago’s Near South Side. Located on the premises of Mercy Hospital, the development is south of McCormick Place and west of Lakeshore Drive, and will eventually bring 500 new homes to the area.

During phase one of this development, Skender Construction is constructing 43 townhomes, 3 three-flats, a model sales office and renovating 40 units in Cambridge Place, the Mercy Hospital Intern Residential Building.
