When the firm decided to relocate to the top seven floors at 200 West Madison, Skender constructed a timeless space with high-end finishes and unique amenities. 100,000 square feet includes a two-story reception and a lounge-inspired cafeteria with views of the skyline and lake.

Converting a previously unoccupied penthouse with sloped floor-to-ceiling windows into a cafeteria and media room required the installation of an air-handling unit and a support mezzanine. Careful coordination and extensive planning among the project team resulted in a project that was delivered on schedule to the client’s satisfaction.
