Mt. Greenwood Elementary School Annex

The Public Building Commission of Chicago selected Skender to complete this two story, 24,000 square foot facility on the far southwest side of the city. The addition consists of 12 standard classrooms, a 300 seat cafeteria, full kitchen and will achieve LEED certified to the Silver Level.
