Luther J. Schilling School Addition and Renovation

Located in Homer Glen, this 37,000 square foot addition features 16  classrooms, administrative offices, new parking lots and a rain water harvesting system.  Redevelopment of the 15 acre site includes phased rehabilition of existing MEP systems and necessitating multi-phase construction, commissioning and operation.
