Skender Construction brought its affordable and senior housing experience to construct Liberty Arms, a residential premier senior affordable apartment community located near downtown Wauconda, Illinois. The 119-unit features spacious one and two-bedroom units with eat-in kitchens, a furnished lobby and lounges, a community room/dining room, library and laundry facilities.
