Eastgate Village

Eastgate Village brings a mix of townhomes, duplexes and condominiums to Chicago’s Near South Side. Located on the premises of Mercy Hospital, the development is south of McCormick Place and west of Lakeshore Drive, and brought 500 new homes to the area.
