The Arches at Oakwood Shores
The Arches at Oakwood Shores is a 130-unit mixture of single and multi-family homes with masonry and stone accent exteriors. All homes with the exception of six-flats are wood framed with open web wood joists, while the six-flats are comprised of steel exterior walls and open web wood joists.
This development was a key component of the revitalization of the Bronzeville neighborhood, and was a joint venture of Skender Construction Company and Riteway Huggins Construction Services.
